Moved!

Finally moved out of the rented room I've been living in for the past 2 and a half years (close, I think). Ya know, I'd expected to feel a bit nostalgic or some such, but nada, zip, zilch. Might be the fact I'm too busy worrying about my project?

Anyhoo, I'm sure to be glad to be out and away from those two crazy women. Been delaying the return of our deposits for two months now, so they'd better pay up by the end of August (citing that they'll deduct the elec bill from there), or there will be hell to pay. Sam and I suspect they had spent the money and are trying to gather back the amount to give it back to us. Weird people.

On my final night in that room, one would have expected to spend a good night's rest, but nooo, insomnia struck again, and my neighbours had to play mahjong till 3 in the morning, laughing like hyenas and screaming all the way.

So yeah, home sweet home. The yells and laughter of my nephews are a great change compared to those.

And moving is a great workout! 4 hours of moving equals to a whole day of gym, especially in this weather. My right arm is cramping right now, but that's where [cue advertisement music here] Himalaya Muscle & Joint Rub comes in. Ahh~ The warmth.

:giggle: I didn't think you'd feel nostalgic to move out, I thought you'd be ecstatic! Silly girl. ;)

I *was* kinda emotionless. Pretty exhausted from moving all those stuff. But now that I've settled down, I'm feeling kinda smug. :giggle: I'll miss the privacy once in a while, but things will be better than staying there. The moment I left the house, seems one of them was stirring up some stuff again.

Ya la. I might miss my room a little, but NEVER the house or the two psycho cows man. Feel so happy and relieved now. No need feel them around the house. They better give us back our money, or else we sama sama go kacau them. Hohohohoh.

Congratulations on finally moving out of that place, Fifi! I remember some of the wild stories you've told us about your time living there. Glad to hear you're back home in familiar surroundings and with family. Go take a nice long soak in the bath for those sore muscles, or better yet, go for a spa treatment. ;)

:glomp: Thanks, batty! Yeah, I'm real glad I'm out. Now it's just the deposit left. After they return it, it'll all be history for good. :w00t:

 Miss ya!
